 Aubrac is a wide basaltic and granitic plateau which is almost 2.500 km². It is located in the Massif Central area. During your holidays we take you in the heart of these high lands where the Aubrac cow is raised. Roads are bordered with stones, beech woods and small rivers. Each stage will unveil beautiful sceneries, the richness of the flora (1800 different species) and the local traditions. |

You are going to practice a sport during several days and we advise you to do some sport to be fit and physically trained. You can bike during several weeks prior to your arrival. It is even better if you rideall year long in order to get or reinforce your resistance. Going to the fitness club or jogging can also help you to prepare your trip. | |
