Haut-Languedoc Natural Regional Park

The Haut Languedoc Natural Regional Park is located in the South West end of Massif Central. Because of the geographic situation, the weather is peculiar: an Atlantic influence on the Northern and Western sides and a Mediterranean influence on the Southern and Eastern side. Therefore, this Park offers a great ecological diversity and a "tortured" geological profile.
This mountainside - le Caroux -, which is either steep or flat on the plateau, is inhabited by a typical fauna & flora. So, we invite you to come and share this exceptional natural heritage.You are guided by local naturalist guides who know how to captivate and fill you with wonder.
 
  GUIDES & LEVEL REQUIRED
   
- A naturalist guide will share with you his passion and let you discover the natural environment: flora, fauna and geology.
- On day 3, you will be guided by a fully graduated mountain biking guide. The level will be adapted according to the participants' abilities - Difference in height + 200m. 
- Approaching the natural environment is mainly by walk however it is not physically difficult.

The season and the weather conditions may oblige us to modify the route, the contents will not be cancelled.
 
  ACCOMMODATION AND RESTAURANT
   
- Accommodation gite for groups and B&B selected close to the natural sites
- Lunches: picnics will be given each morning before departure
- Dinner : traditional meals and friendly atmosphere.
