The Southern side of the Larzac Plateau is the last limestone massif above the  Mediterranean Sea. The altitude (between 600m and 900m) combined to the location of this plateau render a land characterized by its climate, the fauna and the plants. Beyond the wide landscapes, you will be surprised by their variety and the numerous geological curiosities. You will also discover the shepherd's traditions and the historical richness. Within the wide areas of the plateau and the impressive sites, you will approach a protected environment, to discover the housing and even the menhirs and dolmens standing there since the first human presence.
