The Caroux Massif is located in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of Haut Languedoc, and the altitude culminates at about 1100 meters high.
This Mediterranean Mountain is also called "the Mountain of Light" and it offers ideal conditions to practice mountain sports. Steep gorges and numerous cliffs make it one of the main site for granitic rock climbing. The microclimate and the protected environment in Le Caroux facilitate the approach of this place. According to your wishes and your ability, you can practice an outdoor sport whether you are beginner, intermediate or advanced. We designed these holidays guided by fully qualified professionals (D.E). 

To start a new activity or to practice intensively one or several sports, Le Caroux is a mountain where everything is possible.
 
 
  SINGLE PROGRAM
   
Please, choose one sport between : Mountain Bike, Rock Climbing or Caving.
 
100% sport during one week.
Within a reasonable sized group for which the level is homogeneous, you will progress while feeling great sensations. 
The professional guide will accompany you during the stay and he will answer your requests to help you to progress.
 
  DOUBLE PROGRAM: 
   
Too hard to choose one single sport
Feel free to organize your holidays by combining two sports.

  ACCOMMODATION AND CATERING
   
The accommodation has been selected in gite for groups located near by the sites, to shorten the possible transportation.
Lunches: Picnics will be given each morning prior to departure.
Dinners will be taken in the gite booked fr the accommodation.
 
  PERIODS
   
From April until October.
