	On the Southern side of the Massif Central foothills, the valley of River Hérault and the hillsides provide an exceptional variety of grounds. Humans have been modeling the landscapes by cultivating vines and olive trees for about 2000 years. Terraces, small walls or sheds made of stones form a complex and nice combination within the Mediterranean vegetation. You visit wine estates in the Côteaux du Languedoc area, you talk with the wine growers and taste their wines. You meet an olive tree grower who explains his/her work and helps you to taste olives and olive oils .
