During this tour, you share the winegrowers' passion who take time to inform you about the multiple products of this ground (Rouge de Causse, Argent Double, Muscat). The local cuisine is exquisite. In Minervois, the villages, nestled on steep slopes or built on the top of inaccessible hills, offer many opportunities to stroll in their medieval streets.
